Breaking the Jump by Julie Angel (Build a strong body and mind while conquering fears through Parkour)
When we see and experience our environment differently we have the possibility and potential to see ourselves differently. Identity is not fixed. This workshop will explore both the ‘inner excellence’ and physical side of Parkour by learning how to overcome physical and emotional obstacles. The ideas behind Parkour are embedded in a culture of effort so we are all able and can take that first baby step or small jump to see what we are made of. Discover how to make friends with fear and have fun moving in ways that will make you stronger in mind and body.
