A 3 hour introduction to natural movement work that will help you to not only move more easily in your exercise and active movement but also in your everyday life. You’ll learn interesting and cool ways to move on the ground that require little space and no equipment, you’ll discover ways to improve your posture, balance, strength and how much fun these types of movements can be. You’ll have no excuses not to move now that you know how to move more.
These are restorative as well as strength building sessions that heal your body and set it up for more movement for you to enjoy with longevity in mind.
